Fees & Rebates

I aim to make the fee structure clear and transparent, so you know what to expect before beginning therapy. Below is an outline of session fees, Medicare rebates, and other funding options. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Session Fees (as at 1st July 2026)

  • Standard 50–60 minute consultation: $230
  • Telehealth (Zoom) session: $230

Fees are reviewed periodically to remain consistent with professional guidelines and practice costs.

Medicare Rebates

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

  • Medicare rebate per 50 minute session: $101.55

You will need to bring your MHCP and referral letter to your first appointment (or email them beforehand).

Private Health Insurance

Some private health funds offer rebates for psychological services. Rebate amounts vary depending on your insurer and level of cover.

Please check directly with your health fund to confirm:

  • whether psychology is included
  • the rebate amount
  • how many sessions are covered

You can claim through your fund after paying for your session.

Workers Compensation, Victim Services & NDIS

I am registered to provide services under:

  • Workers Compensation (SIRA)
  • Victim Services NSW
  • NDIS (self‑managed and plan‑managed participants)

Fees for these services follow the relevant funding body’s schedule. Please provide your claim number, approval details, or NDIS plan information before your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or non‑attendance: $Full Fee

This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and reflects the time set aside for your session.

Payment Options

Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • EFTPOS
  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer (for approved arrangements)

Medicare rebates can be processed electronically after payment.
